Cabal RED

Cabal RED is a free MMORPG that continues the story of Cabal Online, one of the first games of the genre that was released in 2005, just one year after World of Warcraft. Like the original title, the game's setting combines typical medieval fantasy elements with a much more modern and futuristic aesthetic. In other words, you'll just as easily be casting spells as riding a motorcycle.

Several character classes to choose from

As you'd expect in any self-respecting MMORPG, the first thing you can do in Cabal RED, before you start playing, is create your character. At your disposal are five basic classes to choose from, which can then be specialized into more subclasses. They are: Force Shielder, Warrior, Wizard, Force Archer, and Force Blader. In addition to being able to choose a class, you can also customize your character's facial features and outfits.

Absolutely incredible combat

The combat in Cabal RED has nothing to do with that in the classic Cabal Online, which was much slower and relied on constantly using lots of skills with various timers. This new version of the game is much more action-oriented. You'll still need to use your head to take on the most dangerous enemies, but in general, you can just jump into combat. Especially if you're playing with a few friends. Many of the special skills you can use are also epic, leading to battles reminiscent of those in the latest Final Fantasy games.

A whole world to explore

All the action in Cabal RED is set on the continent of Nevareth, a setting halfway between a medieval fantasy and a futuristic look, which you can explore at your leisure. You'll find various cities and hubs where you can meet different NPCs who can trade with you and assign you missions. But outside of this, you can move freely around the world. You decide which regions you want to explore and when you want to explore them. But be cautious when setting out to explore, as there are many very dangerous areas.
